Mastering public presence 1:1 coaching
Typically six to eight hours of video coaching and feedback customized to your particular challenges with speaking with presence, confidence, and influence. Master they physical presence, vocal inflections, tone, projection, articulation, and emphasis to convey confidence, credibility, and energy. Because you will be given individual coaching and video feedback, class sizes are small (6-10 people).
How to use structured processes and questioning to facilitate group discussion.
Learn how to facilitate meetings in a way that solicits creativity, leverages diversity of thought, and encourages collaboration. Can be delivered as individual coaching, group coaching, or combined with presentation skills.
Breakthrough interpersonal communication skills workshop and/or 1:1 coaching
Sometimes we try too hard to get what we want at the expense of relationships and sometimes we don’t try hard enough at the expense of the goal. How can you regularly hit that sweet spot between too much and too little assertiveness? Business writing skills training and/or 1:1 coaching
This workshop focuses on combining clarity with influence to create compelling arguments. How to use logic in writing to turn complex thinking processes into simple structures for comprehension. Also includes basic writing concepts such as spelling, grammar, and punctuation; an overview of the most common business documents such as proposals, reports, and agendas; and a look at effective writing structures for optimum effectiveness and efficiency.

Mindfulness & Attention Training
Individual coaching on awareness and attention training to master “the master competency” in leadership agility. The key to adult development of any kind and leadership development in particular is the ability to be present, deliberate and conscious, and be able to “reflect in the moment” so that we are not at the mercy of our unconscious beliefs, thoughts, emotions, or habits. Leadership Development Plan
Individual development plan combining coaching with self-led or one-on-one training.
- Assess leadership competencies: administer 360 degree feedback using Multi-factor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) and/or interviews.
- Create learning plan: Review and select initial set of competencies and skills to learn and practice. Access online resource library and create curriculum on client portal.
- Action-learning: Bi-weekly action-learning cycle: learn new competency either through self-led learning or one-on-one training, review insights with coach, devise experiments, review results with coach, practice skill-building, role playing, etc., make adjustments as needed.
- Implementation plan: create rolling 90-day action plans that are adjusted to include new learning and changes in the demands of the role or environment.
- Evaluate progress: Compare goals, competencies, and skills before and after the program. Client to seek feedback from others. Some skills testing also provided.
- Wrap up: Create ongoing self-supporting learning plan. Includes: intermittent email support for the duration of the engagement.
