Corinne Chalmers is a leadership coach, facilitator, and thinking partner. She converts sound theory into practical, long-term, deliberate changes using evidence-based tools and techniques. Corinne leverages experience, commitment, and education to help leaders leaders accelerate their growth and break through barriers to advancement.
Experience
Corinne gains knowledge and wisdom from her own diverse experience as well as from the experiences
shared with her by hundreds of her clients.
Corinne’s own background covers a wide variety functions
and levels. She has had roles as a computer programmer, manager of business development, director of
talent development and VP of HR to name a few.
Her experience crosses industries in energy, finance,
engineering, advanced education, construction, and manufacturing.
As a leadership coach and
facilitator, Corinne has conducted over a thousand coaching sessions with emerging leaders in
academia to Vice Presidents in fortune 500 companies.

Corinne is known for bringing her full attention to every engagement. She models deliberate development and supports all engagements with in-depth preparatory and follow-up work and a wealth of resources.
