This workshop is especially suitable for new teams or teams going through transition at any level of the organization.
It is also perfect for new leaders who want to restart an existing team.
How it works
1. This is typically a two-day workshop and is best delivered over at least two separate sessions of about six hours each at least a week apart. It is based on evidence and research primarily in the field of team dynamics. This program can be customized to your needs.
2. Preliminary team development survey (to assess current state).
3. Individual assessments and/or Team surveys (to understand and appreciate diversity of thought and skills contributing to the team).
4. In session practice and feedback, problem-solving that models facilitative approaches. Can be combined with optional team or individual coaching.
